The Kaboom Box is proud to announce its menu for the new truck to be located on W. Georgia St., between Burrard and Thurlow. We've taken the best of KB1, added some Cajun influence and still kept it very local, sustainable, organic and awesome! We look forward to seeing you there.

All our seafood is Oceanwise Certified. All our packaging is biodegradable and compostable.

Hot Smoked Salmon "Salmwich" $7.59

World-famous, local-caught, wild-caught, Ocean Wise fillet of BC salmon served with house slaw and Sriracha mayo. The salmon is brined each morning and hot-smoked (half-baked and half-smoked) giving it an amazing flavor and tenderness.

The Gulf Island Fried Oyster Po'Boy $8.04

Made with panko-breaded, deep fried Read Island Oysters from some of the most pristine waters in BC, this local take on a po'-boy is messy and delicious! Served with house-made tartar and slaw.
